Our Managed Print Services (MPS) is inclusive of all service, supplies (toner cartridges & maintenance kits) and preventative maintenance routines. The great part is, your billed monthly only for the number of pages printed during that month.
Annual Maintenance Agreements enable you to budget your printer maintenance and repair costs for a year. For a low annual fee, all maintenance, repair and parts costs are covered no matter how many times the equipment breaks down. With an Annual Maintenance Agreement, you can protect your most important equipment against breakdowns while minimizing downtime and potentially saving thousands of dollars.
